"Quita was fantastic to work with. I made several changes to one of my policies in a short period of time and had multiple people working on my requests. Quita was the only one to execute my asks correctly and quickly. What took the other workers two weeks to do, Quita did in 48 hours. She gave me the most straight forward answers out of everyone who worked on my asks. She corrected the other workers’ work that I now know was incorrect.
