"I have to say something about Quita Bush.
I’ve talked with a representative regrading Car insurance, the representative did few mistakes unintentionally But those mistakes end up me not able to drive my car. Here is when Quita comes in, I was so frustrated and angry, but Quita Remain calm, It was 4:53 PM and the office is closed at 5 PM, Quita felt my frustration and she stayed way after her work hours talking with underwriting just to make sure that everything will be in place and I will be able to drive my car at the same day. That’s the difference between someone that works 9 to 5 and someone that actually care about her clients. If you want peace of mind, ask for Quita.

"Today I walked in the office without an appointment and I was led to meet with a beautiful young lady named Quita. Her greeting was so warm and welcoming. She was ai friendly, she listened to me and she helped me with my issue. Yesterday was my birthday and I was stressing over the issue so bad I couldn’t enjoy it so sitting with Quita today made my day and made up for the pressure I felt yesterday. I would recommend her EVERY TIME to help take care of anyone’s needs. Honestly I think StateFarm has some really nice agents but Quita my favorite now lol🤗🤗🤗"

"Quita was fantastic to work with. I made several changes to one of my policies in a short period of time and had multiple people working on my requests. Quita was the only one to execute my asks correctly and quickly. What took the other workers two weeks to do, Quita did in 48 hours. She gave me the most straight forward answers out of everyone who worked on my asks. She corrected the other workers’ work that I now know was incorrect. Quita should clearly be their supervisor if she isn’t already. She also sent me follow up emails, which were really helpful."
